Come on now...we're close enough to mutual understanding to not be putting words in my mouth.

The combatant prisoners are indeed receiving constitutional rights pertaining to being charged in the US criminal justice system.

The "game" is not rigged at the federal level, per se. But as I detailed in my earlier posts, federal laws have been so carefully written and stacked, it's a sad situtation for anyone who is indicted by a federal prosecutor, in contrast to being indicted by a state prosecutor where the chance of acquittal is so much more possible.
