just noticed i had posted genk pk but of course it is +1/2 (pk would have been big plus money, not -136)...brain cramp which probably led to the confusion

quick explanation on o2.25 in case you were wondering:

half stake is placed on over 2 goals
half stake is placed on over 2.5 goals

if ends at 2 goals then half stake is lost, half returned. if ends in 0 or 1 goal, full stake is lost. if ends in 3 or more goals, full stake is won

Hannover over is 8-1 in last 9 europe, 13-2 in last 15. Anzhi 13 goals in their 6 european away matches this tourney. hannover horrible defense and must attack to chase 2 goal deficit. 11 straight matches b/w germans and russians have seen at least 2 goals

Nice weather in Bucharest but Steaua coach said field will still be an issue. Steaua will attack which should help the over as Ajax dangerous away in Europe....scored 2x in City and once in Madrid this year plus a pair in Old Trafford a year ago. heavy lean to over but no bet placed yet

Normally would be all over Bordeaux but they have attrition at center-back as both 1st and 2nd choice pairings are out. that means they'll play very defensively and not expose that region

so far just

(still weighing the Ajax match...Steaua many chances in first leg but different when playing on counters vs having to press the action)

adding a 1H bet on hannover as they only know how to recklessly attack and will do so right away. eto'o, willian, and traore will be a pain on counters

- crazy 1H...16 chances and that hideous stadium is rocking from that 2nd goal. Liverpool 4-1 is only way they can advance as 3-1 won't get the job done. Zenit dangerous on counter so if Pool gets 3-1 will be wide open

yeah, hell of a good book. when you get further into it you'll run into his meetings with the big fixer in finland and that guy just squealed on the asians last year. guessing he's under witness protection right now ... he was a big whistleblower to this recent european match fixing scandal.

gotta respect the time declan spent traveling asia and europe interviewing these guys that knew the inside info. hope he at least got a few great tips along the way
