LOL I'm a Big Ten fan with great respect for MSU, but I think their stay in the tournament is going to be as brief as last year's. Miami is a better team. If Miles and Nick stick around for another year, MSU should be closer to its usual high standard.

In the end the overall play of teams that normally have no worry of getting in just a seed issue is down this year I can name 6 teams that usually make it and were not even close this year.

I was thinking the same thing. Listen, I like a a good sports argument, and I'm def not saying they deserved a 9 seed. But 1) It was a weak at-large field this year. 2) They weren't the worst team to make it, 3) There's not a team that got left out that you could definitely say was more deserving. I read someone say they got in on name only, but it's hollow when I'm not seeing anything to disprove those 3 things. That's my two cents.
