That will wrap up Phase 2 as far as I am concerned. Sent a PM to my counterparts indicating that I am taking a break from posting and tracking plays on the RX. I am buried, and one reason is that these live threads play to my weakness of action bets. I am a much better handicapper when limited to 2-3 tracks spaced thru the day. I will be back this summer most likely posting plays again. I will probably do a contest with just SAR/DMR. or track my plays from those 2 tracks. (Maybe add 1 more) Great job By Mr. G&T in Phase 2. And thx to all the participants for agreeing to have your action tallied. Till next time.
Jack, thanks again for tracking this. I got in over my head this past weekend as well by trying to follow five tracks at once, placing bets in real time, posting/tracking my plays, and trying to make post race notes (which is part of my usual handicapping routine). It was just simply too much for me. I'm going to continue posting (not live), but will concentrate on 1 or 2 tracks as well as the occasional NZ meet. Best of luck to all.

I understand the exhaustion, and the heavy feeling that
comes with not performing at your best. Everyone here knows
you are a competent handicapper and the numbers currently
Dont reflect that. Taking time is always a good remedy and
necessary for all good cappers. ( personally don’t know one who doesn’t)
this game is equivalent to life, the are no certainties except the ones that lie within.
it so extremely difficult to stay above 1.00 roi. I believe it has to do with
everyone having some kind of extreme weakness that pulls at them daily.
Identifying that element in oneself is the beginning to at least surviving it
which I think you are doing .
That’s it ,I am sure everyone here appreciates you and your efforts.
Grading and tallying is one huge pain in the ass and believe it or not
takes away from concentrating fully(imo).
But definitely a must in order to improve and see the whole truth.
Maybe stick to 2 tracks or less and grade your own stuff at your own pace
and see if that makes a difference. Then when ready come back do so,
as u will truly be missed.
you know you are better than this but sometimes
there is nothing you can do no matter how much effort you put in.
stay with it . Anything you need reach out anytimmmmeee.
We will chat soon
great job and come back very soon
I hope the guys continue and someone picks up the tallying
requirements.

OK JIM sounds good. yeah you and I in the same waters so to speak. GL this weekend. Will be checking out the action in your live threads and jumping into the fray (without posting plays) every now and then. Just like the success you had in your SARATOGA thread last year if you limit it to 2-3 tracks spaced thru the day your results will improve. see what happens. thx for the good words.Good post, yesyes.
My weakness is playing too many tracks simultaneously. Success for me is dependent on viewing and marking up every bit of data provided in the Racing Form. When I shortcut the process I get in trouble. For me it is not possible to do a complete and proper handicapping on several tracks at once. So failure is inevitable.
Gonna try to limit myself to two tracks this coming weekend to see if I can improve the results.
Jack, you've been a good sport about the tracking and if the thread dissolves I want to say that I enjoyed sharing the handicapping experience with you guys. You're good guys. That always counts for a lot to me.
Don't be a stranger around here. Good luck going forward.
