Sorry JOH. I've had trouble posting here the last few days. I'm getting a malware notification from Microsoft pointing to this site. In addition to the trouble I'm having posting, I'm getting popups and have lost my sound. Is this crap being addressed by the RX? I'd hate to stop posting just when I am turning the corner here.

had to re-do my puter due to virus downloaded from here. just be sure to keep anti-virus on at all times. virus in 2 parts, winvitro and shows up as defense. avast is a good virus protection, updates a couple times a day and is free. i had mine turned off to install software and forgot about it.

Well JOH I'm glad that hcooc did respond here. I've picked up a serious virus from your site. I am getting popups that I cannot get rid of, and my computer has lost it's sound. What else has happened that I am unaware of? You ignored my first request for help then give me a half assed response that there is a thread addressing the problem in the Offshore Forum. All I found is a half assed thread with no official response worth ten cents from anyone of your forum principles.
Have you corrected the problem on your side? What steps did you (the management of the RX) take to do so? And what do I do to correct the problem on my side?
I am a handicapper. I am not a computer expert. In fact I have woefully little knowledge when it comes to these issues and sorely need direction. The problem came from your site. The least you (an IT rep from the RX) can do is tell those of us who have been infected how to deal with and correct the problem. And assure us that it has been corrected on your side.

I directed you to the only information I knew of or anyone other mod knew of at that point. I am sorry for your problems.
