So this is more of your insanely flawed logic that because Moore isn't being sued for Bowling ... or Fahrenheit 9/11, he is right? Where did you ever come up with that train of thought? There are a limited supply of eight or nine hundred million zillion nutcase conspiracy theorists, tabloid storywriters, and "exposé journalists" like Moore who are not getting sued despite the fact that stuff that they put out is patently untrue -- and Moore's stuff is not patently untrue, it is truth twisted and taken out of context, as is very clearly documented at Bushnell's site.
What about the fact that Moore has admitted to many of examples of such behaviour as is pointed out at Bushnell's site, notably the heavily-edited political ads (which include voice-overs and captions either not present in or different from the original?) Does the factthat he acknowledges the "artistic licence" he took with the truth not say something? Or the fact that he very plainly states that Fahrenheit 9/11 is not an attempt at serious journalism or unbiased documentary but is nothing more than an "op-ed piece" (his exact words) ?
