It's a vicious circle really. People don't like police because of exaggerated fear mongering, fear leads to hate... And it's the same with black people, people hate because of fear almost all the time. No one is racist because of skin color, it's always based in some irrational fear. Fear mongering isn't going to fix anything, it's only going cause more hate.
