Here is the rule from 5Dimes which is pretty standard:

"All team sporting events must be played on the dates scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, that event will automatically constitute "NO ACTION". Soccer events must be played within 2 days of the original date scheduled."

Doesn't say anything about the game being moved.

Being from Tx, not sure how far it is from SD to Phoenix, but am sure Madden had to jump in the bus and horse trailer last night and haul ass to phoenix to be ready for the game tonite...hope speeding did not blow any of those lovely pics off the side of the horse trailer off or maybe due to time they had to leave it behind in SD

Just around 350 miles from SD to Phoenix. Have heard that parts of the major interstate connecting the two are closed so I doesn't seem like many Charger fans will be making the game.

jaypaw, the game is free tonight.There will be an opportunity to help raise money for the fire victims via donations.At first they were going to charge a $1 which I thought was the better idea.They are estimating anywhere between 30-40 thousand at the game.
