I have DirecTV. I live in Idaho. It says 'Miami/Virginia Tech' in the guide, but when I switch to that channel (an ESPN alternate) it says it is blacked out?!

First they can't agree with VS, now this.

DTV gets worse every year. Now that REDZONE is available on FIOS I am switching after this football season.

Well said! I'm leaving Directv for sure. Redzone channel is all i watch and now i can get that for 5.99 a month!! instead of $379 a year.

I got that same blackout on ESPN. It says OHio state or Viginia Tech, well OSU is on ABC so I should get Vtech! I have to watch it in standard now on Alt ESPN.

Trap? LOL.. Only a complete fool would of been trapped by this. You would have to not paid serious attention to college football (and Va Tech) over the past 20 years to think Miami had any shot of going into Blacksburg and blowing their doors out.

Miami FL coming off a near perfect game in a revenge game at home and now going into Blacksburg? This had Va Tech domination written all over it. Va Tech has sooooooo many things going in their favor that neither Florida St nor Georgia Tech have.

Haha, someone else may have said it as well, certainly not an uncommon opinion. Worllds really reminds me of the kid Gholston from Ohio State a few years back, absolutely all the talent in the world but he just seems to take plays off every once in a while and I can't figure it out. Certainly an all Worlld talent though, haha
