jeesh - can anyone bring up something relevant to what people want to know about a shop before betting there? Mailing lists, a mistaken WU courier...blah blah

The reason I bet is to win and get paid. Does betpanam pay? YES. Do they put out lines that have reduced juice so I have a better chance to win? YES. Do they have good customer service to boot? YES.

Make a list of what is important to you in a book and see if betpanam doesnt have the important ones covered. If getting paid is 100 on a scale of importance from 1 - 100, the fact that I get a spam or two is a 1.

Betpanam,

Last Saturday, you had the Ohio State and the Penn State halftime lines up about 20 minutes after play had started in the third quarter.

I don;t know if anyone pounded the games or not, but I sent you guys a message telling you about the mistake. I could have put a dime on the games, but that is NOT my style.

Anyways, a few minutes after I sent you the message, I noticed you had both games off the board and I am assuming it was because of my message.

I was HOPING for a $100 bonus or something for the warning, and I EXPECTED a thank you note at the very least.

I GOT DIDDLY SQUAT.

Gee thanks.

Next time you have a halftime line up for an extra 20 minutes, I will be dying to send you a note informing you of the mistake.

Cincy - The last time I was at Burger King - i bought my usual triple whopper but the lady at the register gave me too much change. I gave her back the extra dollar but get this - SHE DIDNT JUMP ACROSS THE COUNTER AND GIVE ME A BLOW JOB!!

The nerve of some people these days.

Never asked for a BJ - all I was expecting was a "thank you" - because it's simply the civil thing to do.

I could have laid a couple of dimes on it and didn't. A lot of people would have - how else do you think we have 56 million issues and disputes here? People see that they can screw someone, and go stright for the jugular.

When I reported a HT line that didn't come off the Grande website last year, I did receive a thank you note from Austin. I mean, if books don't expect us to report late lines, and expect us to pound it, that's ok too. It is simply a matter of what one expects from one's customers.

There's always next year, like in 75, 90-93, 99 &

I can see where Cincy is coming from. I don't think we should except a bonus, although sometimes they are generously given ... but one time I told a book about a bad line on live chat and they said "is there anything else I can help you with?". I found it annoy - like they did me a favor.

It's nice to feel appreciated - especially when you're saving them hundreds of dollars on your own time.

Panam should work on this - a simple thanks goes a LONG WAY.

lander - maybe Cincy wasn't the first person to alert them of the line being still up.

Besides I think they were under a DOS attack and were probably overwelmed with trying to figure that out.

Please have a little understanding Cincy.
