Did anyone mention that Allen Iverson is talking about coming to Memphis and join the team? I guess when you aren't wanted by anyone and have been a "me first" player your whole career even playing basketball in Memphis looks like a good option.

Been hearing talks of them trying to get Allen Iverson. One of my favorite players of all times. I know he used to be a punk, but I believe he's had a total attitude change, he just may be the perfect fit.

This is the equivalent of player in baseball saying, near the end of a HOF career. I would really like to play for the Pirates.

he is unstopable in the post and the Grizzlies getting Sam Young in the 2nd round was HUGE aswell.

im a big clipper fan and have had season tix since they played at the la sports arena and i totally agree, there were some games where he did look unstoppable and thats what is so frustrating about him. he has the talent and skills to be a great player but he is inconsistent and plays no defense at all. his lack of hustle and poor decision making out weights his smooth shot and great low post skills. imo. he is not worth the big bucks

Well The Griz really blew it with that 2nd Overall pick in the draft.

Just about EVERY other player selected in the 1st Round of the 2009 draft out of 30 picks would have been better than Thabeet.......hno:
