Memory Foam Matresses in Costa Rica.

L'Artistica has them.. Not cheap but if you sleep a lot better with a memory foam mattress like I do - well worth the money.

I guess Amazon ships to everywhere, doesn't it? I agree that memory foam is the best material for a mattress, technologically most advanced, supporting and able to relieve pains. The best mattress manufacturers are Red Nomad and Leesa, try to pick something from this company. Grandpa has a memory foam from Leesa, he says he never tested anything better, his back pains are gone, sleeping became more comfortable with it.
