The ticket was bought at a Chevron gas station in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Encino on Dec. 8 of last year.
The winning numbers from the drawing were 21, 26, 53, 66, 70, and Mega Ball 13.
The winner has until the end of the day on Saturday to come forward.
The winner must claim their prize in person at a California Lottery office or mail a claim form postmarked by the deadline.
