Guys you can subscribe to this thread and everytime someone posts it goes to your email. Kind of sucks bc you get all the posts, but you can monitor your email at least. I dont do the twitter thing though but i supposed that might be easier for guys that do.

That is more or less what the script does. Only problem is that it only runs every 5 minutes and emails only come if you've been to the site since the last email. I've considered changing it to actually scraping each post, but then at that point I need to follow robot.txt guidelines and other various subtleties.
