Barack Obama and Joe Biden believe we must be as careful getting out of Iraq as we were careless getting in. Immediately upon taking office, Obama will give his Secretary of Defense and military commanders a new mission in Iraq: ending the war. The removal of our troops will be responsible and phased, directed by military commanders on the ground and done in consultation with the Iraqi government. Military experts believe we can safely redeploy combat brigades from Iraq at a pace of 1 to 2 brigades a month that would remove them in 16 months. That would be the summer of 2010 – more than 7 years after the war began.



This is what i will cite. I will bet any amount of money if Obama does become president this will not go through. After we started to pull out a sufficent amount of soldiers there would be a Civil War in Iraq and the troops would have to go right back. I love how people believe if he becomes president, we will just be out of the war cold turkey in 16 months. Another thing is troops are being deployed for another 9 months no matter who is president. I got a buddy in the Iraq and he told me we will be there for a while. I think he knows best:toast:

this thread is not about whose policies will not come to fruition. you could argue that in every campaign that has ever been run.

but i don't dare waste my time explaining what this thread is about seeing as you missed it the first time i doubt you are likely to catch it the second time.

Alright Uno you smart ass. You wanna talk about dishonest. How about when Obama made fun of McCain for not knowing how to use the computer. When in actuality McCain can't use the in long period of times because of his war injuries. He does not have the ability to sit there for hours and learn the computer. But let me guess thats not good enough either.
