Rubio has tried to change his style since getting blasted by Jantuah. his slow ass TRIES to box but he's not natural at all. Ouma is better inside and out. Rubio can probably hurt Ouma but he is so slow it is hard seeing him finishing him even if he does hurt Ouma.
