I mean I am sure they have looked in the waters around Aruba in all this time, assuming that would be where she's at......even if this made them KNOW she was there, would they be able to pinpoint that location to look?

you can't make that out? On the left of the pic, you can see a skull and arms and then the rest of body is weighted down by rocks like it says in the article.
