Note: SBR deleted this analysis. I’m not sure why as I'm under the impression this site is a “sports book review” per the name. This is a comprehensive analysis of a betting site called Gamblers Life. Furthermore, they keep allowing their marketers to post on this forum.
Before I begin, I’ve been on a search for a couple years now to find a really good service I could use. Unfortunately, I’ve lost more money than I wish to admit using this site. My only motivation here is to shine light on this fraud and help others not fall for the same trap I did.
The Site:
https://gamblers.life
Intro: Gamblers Life markets itself as a watch dog for other handicappers. They claim to have the very best in the business. After 60 minutes you can see the pick from the handicapper. That is the genius in this, it gives the appearance of transparency. There are a large number of cappers. The top names go by NewWorldInsiders, YoBabyDaddy2B, Bailoutplays, GameoftheYear, MLBRuler.com ETC. They charge at minimum $1,000 per pick and do not offer large discounts for bulk. If the pick loses there is no refund or free pick. Multiple times they sent the wrong pick “by accident”, it lost, and we were still not given a free pick as compensation. In fact one time they actually raised the price. That is the other genius of this, how closely they guard their “picks”.
The Problem: As you can see by going to their site, many of these cappers hit 71-73%, which would easily be the best in the business. The problem is when you buy them, they magically go on cold streaks. We’ve bought 80 picks of this site and have a record of 39-41 overall. Far below the 70%+ that is advertised. How can this be?
Red Flags: Lets start with the most basic of red flags. First, each of the cappers have very similar sites. Secondly, when you email them they all say the same thing, with the same mannerisms, and give the same prices. Third….
Everyone is the Same: To provide a little background, there are a number of people who claim to play these picks. Bo, who is throwing a tantrum on the “gameofyear” forum, another account called Raven, and a twitter account that goes by “trump” (
Sports Betting #gambling #winners (@BetOnSports2Win) / Twitter). While buying picks from Raven (who acts as a wholesaler) for an account/handicapper named KaitlynDoesSports, Trump2016 accidentally responded to my email chain. Trump2016 is a completely different handicapper than KaitlynDoesSports. Think about that for a moment. 3 different names (Raven Fan, Kaitlyndoessports and Trump2016) were linked to the same email chain.. Major slip up by them.

The impossibility of it all, MLBRuler: The craziest example of this website is
MLBruler.com. Here are his prior years.
- 2017 record: 159-18 (
2017 REGULAR SEASON | MLBruler.com)
- 2018 record 142-15 (
2018 REGULAR SEASON | MLBruler.com)
- 2019 record 176-35 (
2019 REGULAR SEASON | MLBruler.com)
- 2020 record 61-21 (
2020 REGULAR SEASON | MLBruler.com)
The group I am in has purchased 30 picks from mlbruler, they’ve gone 12-18. We’ve lost more games with us than he did the ENTIRE 2017 season, 2018 season etc…
At this point a theory started to emerge. Either we are the most unlucky humans on this planet or something else is going on. The theory was this – when people pay for the picks they cannot change them as you would raise a red flag like I am doing today. However, when no one buys the the pick you can change it. So we started watching and we realized every time we did not buy they are on a massive favorite when the pick is released 60 minutes in. However every time we bought they were only on the favorite 20% of the time… This lead me to do some investigative work.
Example: I’ve run an analysis for a number of these cappers and its always the same. I took whether the bet was favored or not after 60 minutes.

Going back over 400 games to the beginning of MLBRuler, we have found that he is on the favorite 60 minutes in 74% of the time. That is impossible, especially when you consider he was only on the favorite 6 times out of the 30 games we paid for (20%). It also aligns up perfectly with his historical winning %.
Conclusion: The genius of this scam is multi layered. 1. The transparency they pretend to show 60 minutes in. 2. The price, because it gives the appearance of a Veblen good. 3. How guarded they are of their picks. If you do not pay the 1k they do not give you a pick, no matter how many times you lose. This allows them to maintain a high winning %, and the pick you can’t buy bc you bankroll is depleted always ends up on a huge favorite. Lastly, the marketers like that twitter account that goes by Trump
Sports Betting #gambling #winners (@BetOnSports2Win) / Twitter, who claims to be winning millions. Also Bo and Raven. These guys are all the same people.
Please be careful. I hope no one gets scammed by these guys like I do. Good luck out there and I’m still searching for that great service.
