I agree. That should have been an easy Duke cover. HOWEVER, Duke didn't cover strictly because of the situation. If that was a game Duke needed to win, they would have blown MD out of the gym in the 2h. That's why I love these tourneys. Bet on teams that have to win playing teams that don't.

Really? Maryland came in with a 20-12 record. You don't think that was a huge game to them? Do you honestly think they had given up on their season? What if they beat Duke, then beat FSU to win the ACC tournament? I'm not saying that was likely, but I'm sure that's what their coaches had them believing would happen.
