I've been really dominant with teasers this season, so let's keep that going. You're gonna give me just about two touchdowns with the Falcons against an inferior team, I'll take it, especially going into their bye week, which will enable them to really empty the tank in Philly. Should be a healthy amount of points there, too. Then we've got Arizona just needing to beat the lowly Niners -- and this is a game they can't afford to take for granted at home. Thus, I'll bank in them just to win here with one if the highest spreads of the season. Lastly, while I never, never, never go opposite New England in any teaser (bc they can blow literally anyone out), this is a very special scenario, with the Seahawks and Patriots reuniting and hooking up for the first time since their classic Super Bowl encounter, one of the greatest games ever played in NFL history. This is personal to Seattle, so I'll take my chances on them losing by less than three touchdowns in what figures to be a competitive game showcasing a unique rivalry on national television.

Really nice call on the teaser!! Was all over it with you. Thanks :103631605

Well, can accept the Packers loss as a legit one, that was just the wrong side, though as I alluded to, I'm sure the moronic public had something to do with that. The public, aka the biggest loser jinxes imaginable. Painful. Can't stand when a bet of mine lines up with what those idiots are on.

But the Panther game? No. I don't think so. 17-point lead at one point, then it's 17-3 in the 4th. Panthers clearly the right side, hence why Vegas even pegged them as favorites despite being 3-5 going up against a quality 6-3 team. You never see this scenario at all in any year, and Vegas purposely baiting morons into taking Chiefs. Unfortunately, Chief backers get incredibly, incredibly lucky, as the Overrated One Cam Newton literally throws the game away late.. seriously, WHAT QUARTRBACK DOES THAT?!?! Who saw that? Panthers comfortably in control, defense having their way... then Newton throws off his BACK FOOT INTO DOUBLE COVERAGE, leading to the pick-six. Then, of course, the garbage fumble in their own territory at the 20. It's just ridiculous, these bad beats happen way too much. The clear distinct WRONG side should not be winning as much as it does.

Hopefully this teaser hangs on to salvage a 2-2 week

no disrespect intended as that certainly not the reason I decided to join this community but I gotta say this post is the worst thing I have read in what otherwise seems to be a group of good guys discussing and sharing plays.

Do you realize not only how wrong this is and down right offensive to anyone who didn't agree with your plays? It really just ignorant whining which fine everyone does it from time to time betting this spot as it maddening but calling everyone not in agreement with your guesses morons is taking it way too far.

Packers was the worst bet of the week, it happens but then you blame all the others "morons" who bet them (news flash you yourself are part of this "public" you speak of) for jinxing it I guess ? Then you lay points against a superior Kc team and tell us all that everyone who was a winner they were not only lucky but also morons who were on the wrong side (despite final score disagreeing with you). I've seen and heard of many a bad beat in my day but this resembled none of them, a 3 point favorite scores 17 they have no business covering especially in today's NFL. Tell yourself you got robbed all ya want your fav scored 17! I had no betting interest in either game, I just find it low class to call anyone on the opposite side morons when we all just taking educated guesses (or uneducated depending on guesser I suppose). GL continuing your "historical" season and stay classy! :toast:

Varkeyboy, nope

NYG4lifeNYK, glad you won more than I did with my teaser lol perhaps this will be a turning point for me to start unleashing more on teasers since I'm now 8-1 w/them. At the moment, I feel like I always do them for only like one unit ($50)

OverThinker, just venting. Packers was a horrible bet on my part as it turned out lol, I will always accept those losses and easily prefer that over close back-breaking ones

But as for Panthers, had em last week -3 @ Rams, dominated and controlled literally the whole game, only to end up a push because the Rams converted two lucky 4th downs on their last drive in the final seconds despite having 3 points all game, including 4th and Goal from the 11 to lose by only 3.. some of my frustration today stems from that.

And in today's Panthrs matchup, they were in control the whole way. 17-3 in the 4th at home against an average QB like Alex Smith. Im
sorry but that's a tough loss to swallow, made even tougher when you have Cam Newton acting like a retard, going back to dabbing despite his team being 3-5 entering today. If he doesn't throw that pick-six late in the game (off his back foot into double coverage!! Come on what is that lol), this is an easy cover for the Panthers without question. Again, they were in control he whole way and only lost because they literally gave it away (the late pick-six and then the fumble at their own 20; just mind-boggling).. I agree, plenty of worse bad beats throughout time, but A very tough loss to swallow is all. BOL to you as well

Scam a joke no doubt, I'm sure you not the only 1 who panthers got. I know a lot of power rankings still had them as a top 5 NFL team going into yesterday. My problem with that all along has been Scam a baby who been acting like 1 since he lost the SB and my other problem was his MVP season last year was the outlier, this has been what he been rest of his career. The secondary got worse and admittedly I got burnt all thru playoffs till finally winning sb going against them cause I wasn't a believer last season(I've certainly been wrong before! Lol). As I mentioned I wasn't against them yesterday, mostly cause no way would I trust smith and that offense to be able to expose their biggest weakness which like you pointed out they obviously didn't. Think I heard the offense didn't score? That is a shitty game to lose when the opposing offense doesn't score a point.

I understand venting, like I said we all know this sport has done that to all of us more than once! Hell I had saints and pit mls yesterday, lol. Thanks for your response in such a way that I now have a great deal of respect for you, it was refreshingly unexpected. Sincerely hope you continue having a great season..
