Ok, I guess I better answer this as it is not fully 100% True. But Carl is not going to post the whole truth as we all know he is just going to try and point out things that would be in his favor. Carl carries on about this and that as he has every time he has posted in the RX. He is a disgruntled employee as he has demonstrated in the past he is demonstrating again as you all can see.
Lets go to the head of the problem and that is that Carl has not been paid and why is that you may ask. By Law anyone that threatens the welfare of a company that they work for can be fired with cause and without what he would rightfully be entitled to. He gave up these rights when he posted in the RX

That in itself got Carl fired. But he fired himself as he well knew by law he cant even hint to something like that without repercussions. He was then offered what was by law what he has coming; he refused and said that he was entitled to all his rights. So we are going to court because it is the next procedure in the process not because we are being prosecuted, but because it is the only way this problem with a disgruntled employee can be resolved.
Now as for us not being able to pay our clients you all know that is BS cause our payouts have been even faster since Carl left. Bet911 is here to stay and our actions have demonstrated that time and time again. I need not say anything else in this matter and I will not get into a chicken match with Carl on this matter in this forum or any other forum. We will let the courts decide what should be done.
