ICBM in the missile is an intercontinental missile. We and the Russians have 1000's. Each one carries mrv's, multiple reentry vehicles. Or warheads. They leave the atmosphere, and rain down megaton nukes on different targets. My duties in the Navy were on a fast attack sub. Our job was to track and shadow Russian nuke missile subs. If we hear those missile doors open, they sink. One big missile sub, just one, could destroy us or them, all by itself. They can reach anywhere in the world, thus intercontinental. Non stationary delivery platforms, our number one deterrent from a first strike. As far as the clusters, I am not sure what the letters stand for. But we do have tons of spent fuel rods. I was a qualified radiological worker, and wore a tld, a radiation monitoring device. That depleted uranium, if that is what they are doing, is lethal for decades. It will probably destroy generations of Iraqi's. You will see a lot of birth defects and blood disorders. If I remember correctly it has some crazy 1000 year half life. Chernobyl was a lot of gas and heavy particle fallout. This depleted uranium is nasty spent fuel rods. There is nothing worse. Everyone over there is absorbing the zoomies. Humans are like sponges, and it destroys at the cellular level. I read this story in amazement, in the Sacramento Bee. He is legit, and what he says is very disturbing...OF
