Mariota not in top 10 is what you were dribbling earlier... What's Gurley have to do with anything ?
Don't take this personal, we're all men here.....but that's HORSESHIT! Really??? IMHO, Baylor could be the best in the land, ranked top 5 in everything right now. Who the hell is the Pac-12. I give the SEC their due because I'm from that conference, but the Pac-12, REALLY? I can't wait until bowl season to set some records straight.

So you rank the Big 12 ahead of the Pac-12 (overall from top to bottom) although Pac-12 has more overall conference depth IMO??????..............It can't be the ACC or Big-10 ahead of the Pac-12 at this point
I'm gonna do something I don't ever do and back (not slide RE) down a bit here. Yeah, the NFL guys seem to go for the glitz and glamour every damn draft day. I won't back down from my statement that Gurley goes first, any takers, "bring the action," would like it to be at BOL, I know those guys. You have to put up a player that goes ahead of him. RE, PM me if you want to discuss further, we're clogging up the thread.

I'm an SEC guy but have to agree the big 12 is stronger than the pac 12. USC lost to BC for Christ sake. Really? Stanford will lose to Notre Dame this week!
we're good... I like Gurley too...apples & oranges with drafting needs.... One more thing, as much as I liked Joey back in the day, he doesn't have half of what Marcus has to succeed at the next level.. bigger & faster, & quick release to name a couple
What if the SEC East went head-to-head with the top Pac-12 teams????????? ..........Everyone agrees the SEC West is loaded, but the SEC East is so-so (Misery lost to Indiana, South Carolina lost to East Carolina, Vanderbilt is horrible, Tennessee hasn't been to a bowl game in forever, Kentucky improved although still below average, and Florida is trying to get rid of their coach........Georgia should boot their coach if they don't win this division in 2014)
They have UW coming up down the road and the 'dogs have the most disruptive DL in the PAC12 as evident by them leading the nation in sacks. If the Ducks OL does not get any better they will be in big trouble.Well I warned you and everyone here about RR's background and superior knowledge of the spread option. On the other hand, the sisters of St. Mary's could have stopped Oregon with what's left of their OL. Aside from that, I am VERY VERY disappointed with Oregon's defense vs the run lately. WSU had no business racking up ground yards vs. the Ducks last week. Give Conner Halliday some play action to bolster his already impressive passing game without adding more playbook to his repertoire of plays. Just for the hell of it, put an able bodied rookie in there with the smarts and arm of a guy like Anu Soloman and terrible things are not only possible but vicious.
But all in all, you gotta hand it to Rich Rodriguez for twice taking it to Oregon and changing the course of the game. I suspect that he also changed the course of the Willamette River through Eugene. That brings up the question of who won the coaching battle last night? Stupid question... scratch it.
But beyond everything else, the most impacting of all things stupid was the excessive celebration penalty resulting in new life and a first down for the Cats after a 3rd down stop by the Ducks. What strikes me about that penalty is WTF are the Ducks celebrating a 3rd down stop for anyway? Was it going that poorly for their secondary to warrant a celebration to start with? Well the answer to that question, celebration or no celebration, the answer is yes, it was going that poorly. But out of all that bad defense I witnessed last night, I think the whole defense should redo tackling 101 and it should be a mandatory requirement. The Ducks are coming apart at the seams and that was never expected. You know who alone is responsible. Helfrich may be a genius but a lot has to do with how he says something than what is said. I just don't sense the same level of excitement and camaraderie on the Duck team among the players compared to what I have seen in the past.
