Yes, the president can declassify documents. But still has to follow proper procedure to do that, which involves physically marking the documents. Trump doesn't just get to wave his hand and say "This is all declassified, and i'm taking them"
Still need to see the details of the search warrant and what was taken from Mar a Lago, but on the surface it appears what Trump did is no different than Hillary other than Trump took (or failed to return?) physical documents marked classified and Clinton had those documents stored digitally on a private email server.
You'll never see that corrupt search warrant, and I'll give you 1000 guesses as to why. The first 999 don't count.
