Climate change is real, the climate has been changing for two billion years and we're not going to stop climate change. The science deniers are the people telling you the USA using renewable energy sources is going to save the world.
The climate is going to continue to change, some of those changes will be cataclysmic to life as we know it. Science should be preparing for that, and stop pretending electric cars are our salvation.
But let's pretend climate change is man made. Even then, USA domestic policy cannot save the world. You see, we're not even the biggest polluters. That distinction belongs to China. Other nations pollute significantly without any reduction measures like we have. We cannot stop any manmade global warming no matter what we do. Just think about that. We can't stop it with domestic policy.
If you want to influence other nations, well you better be an economic and military might. We'll have no leverage if the democrats continue to destroy our economy, tear down our borders and weaken our national security.
