the passing game is broken in EA sports next gen titles, I don't give a fuck what anyone else says, its fucking broken.
My guy runs an out route, he breaks and I let go of the ball, shit goes 3 yards behind him. If my QB actually throws a decent pass, the WR is tackled immediately. And that is all if the defense miraculously DOESN'T read the pass from the exact millisecond I press the pass button, with every player on the damn field immediately turning around and breaking on the ball and intercepting it. Linebackers jump 8 feet high and 5 yards backwards to pick passes off. Everyone has eyes in the back of their head.
and the fact that touch passing is gone. try to throw a corner route? better have 10 yards of separation because those DBs and LBs are going to jump a thousand feet and swat it away, since it is impossible to lob the ball unless you are throwing a streak route.
oh yea and your guys fumble three times a game, as does the CPU

Madden 08 is unplayable online...the fact that everyone cheeses like hell, and the fact that the game is flat out broken with the default settings.
