LSU has fired Les Miles.

He might solve one problem but he would introduce new ones that are much more detrimental to the LSU program.

Those problems are already at lsu. Miles would let the team to vote to let players who sucker punched girls play the next week.

Ed orgeron has always been known around the sec as a recruiting guru. Miles has hampered lsu for years with their talent base and his complete inept ability to grow QB's. Much like Mack brown, he let good QB's get taken right out from under him while chasing an athlete.

Les Miles seems like a really good guy and impossible to dislike. He is proof that anyone with a 90 IQ can do great things, despite their handicap. He can motivate like Barry Switzer, and I believe he genuinely loved his players and cared about more than football, unlike Switzer.

That being said, a fan base can only take so much of running out of timeouts in the 1st and 3rd quarters, and the circus that was Les Miles at crunch time every game. Time for him to go, but he will make a great hire somewhere else at a place that has never had good teams.
