Doesn't appear as though he did anything "wrong". It is the same as those horse contests..........people who play #7 on every damn race and then get lucky and place in the top 3 !!!!
Although they are not cheating in the least, it is aggravating when this occurs. I could pick the winner of 6/10 races but all it takes is for ONE 50-1 #7 to come in and I lose, he wins !!!!
