Agree. Any diet that is just not a natural long-term diet is a fad. This is a fad. We need carbs. Certainly some people may have too many. But cutting them out is just wrong. Cut thru all the fads and bullshit and the bottom line is you need to eat fewer calories and burn more calories. Not as simple as it sounds but the only real long-term solution. As a general rule eating foods low in fat and high in fiber is the way to go.

no carb is silly. carbs are important. trying to maintain any sort of activity level over a long period of time and not taking in any carbs wont having you feeling so great.
its simple, brun more calories than you take in.

weight routine is great imo and cardio is more important than anything, be it in a pool or whatever you can do and enjoy. im in good shape and i eat carbs durring the day, i limit them usually and dont have any within 6 hours of when i am planning on going to bed.
simply changing your bread from white to wheat gets u started on the right foot.

there is much that can be written about this. lots of good stuff here

im not sure if I said it already in my first post but low carb diets are not a good idea. If you want to lose weight its simple, you need to burn more energy than you use. Do more exercise and limit your sugars and fats, dont cut your energy from food too much; its not healthy and yes it's a fad.

cutting the carbs from your diet your body will break down muscle to use as energy.
