As another poster said took Rex Grossman to the superbowl. Developed a dominant defense in Chicago and the bears were perrenial contenders when he was there. Look at them now.

He improved the bucs too and they were headed in the right direction when they fired him.

Would you agree G. Kubiak is a bad NFL head coach? I mean, he won a Super Bowl with perhaps the worst performing QB in the league. But...he had the league's most dominating D.

I wouldn't say Kubiak is good for winning the SB and getting Manning to his 2nd title would you?

Guys that make 20 million trading stocks do not quit and go lay on a beach. They keep competing. Humans have a need for goals and purpose. I'm motivated by money to a large extent, but that varies among people. I would make the case that the guy teaching algebra and coaching football with a great family has a better life than the guy with 50 mil laying on a beach and doing coke and whores.

I just believe that money without purpose would be pretty empty. Most disagree, but try doing nothing for a month.

That's a tough way to go there. Going to a meaningless job is the absolute worst feeling. Going to work just for the paycheck is something do but don't want to do.
