I've stopped for awhile, I'm only going to bet on big fights in ufc just because thats the only sport I enjoy alot so I'll put some money on it to make it more exciting. I'll only do couple bets every couple months on ufc fights and big occasions, thats it. I've figured throughout this past year or two thats I've gambled I haven't experienced a profit and would have enjoyed a BIG savings account if I had left it alone. But anyways life is full of risk taking so when the opportunity is shining I'll throw some money on it, but its all about being smart about it and I understand that now.

You HAVE to remember how you feel when you lose that much and promise yourself that you never want that feeling again. Even when on a roll it is inevitable that you will lose some, but do not chase.
