I've traveled out of the country twice during the pandemic. Both teams had to comply with testing requirements before departing in both directions, maybe a pain in the ass, but nothing substantive and no game changers. Although I won't go back to the Atlantis in Nassau until their masking requirements are lifted.
Every country has their own regulations, read them before you depart. If you're cruising, things can and do change from day to day so that's a different story
If a country says you have to be vaccinated, assume they're serious. Go elsewhere if you're not vaccinated
If a country fucks you over, fuck them too, don't go back (unless there's family of course)
