You're not getting it. You are an employee here and trying to attract posters not run them off. As an employee and representative of the RX, you should be above calling a poster a 'small fry" and a "nothing" no matter what they say to you. Your job isn't to go back and forth with posters. The posters here should be the focal point of the site not the moderators.
Say you are a waiter and a customer says the food sucks. Do you tell them they suck, they are a nothing and they are free to leave? Of course not. Great answer, if you don't like it, you can leave. That took a lot of thought.
You Don't get it. I DO treat 99.9% of the posters with respect. But he falls into that 0.1%

The site isn't about you. We shouldn't even know you exist here unless there's an issue the posters can't solve themselves. Posters moderate themselves. This Defying guy starts some goofy threads but he's always professional and stays out of the way of the posters. In the background not the foreground. And dude, you don't have to put your words in all caps. I can read what you're saying just fine.

A Mod should be able to handle the back end of a site and Interact with others.
You might not like that, but many do.
There are Different type of Mods on the Many Forums. Some can Only handle the back end and not Post. Some can do both.
