so my question is why anyone would use these smaller sites that dont have the reputation, the customer service, the variety of wagers, casino games, line management, nice looking user freindly website and UI of a more established online book?

i must agreed with that , but that's the price to pay when you're opening a new place. it's like a freshman.

but there's a lot new places ( i know a few ) with nice CS , nice casino ( even horses ) ,ok prices ( between 15$ and 20$ ) this is a competitive business, but there still plenty of business for everybody , if you do it right off course.
