Gators have Georgia on deck next week in Jacksonville.
Meyer may pull starters early if he gets a decent lead.
Then again, he likes to cover for the allumni. If the
Gators can lay half a hundred on LSU "D" then they should
be able to take care of a banged up Wildcat squad with
a extra week to heal and prepare.

Even if Florida goes vanilla or pulls starters in the 3rd quarter, it won't matter one bit. All it means is Demps and Rainey will get a bunch of carries and I think we've all seen what they can do on straight dive plays. One or both of em will have td's runs of over 40 yards, mark it down.

I'm staying off this one. Line is too big. Wasn't Ole Miss line in the 20's? This is one of those games that can be a 'back door cover'. As Major said, UF 38-10....if UK scores a late "oh by the way" there goes the cover. I'm staying off. But good luck to those that do......

(Here I go again!)....

Coach the BDC is very much a concern. The one thing is that Meyer rotates so many people now, Im not sure we will see any drop off in play if the Gators get up. The drop off may come from O with Brantley (perhaps), but with all of the young kids we play, they will continue to play and get reps.

ya Florida will probably score with no time left to go up by 24 then the refs will let them kick a meaningless PAT so Florida wins by 25............no wait, that was last year.

Florida results week prior to Georgia game:

07/08
FL 45 KY 37 line -7 W

06/07
FL 25 Vandy 19 line -16.5 L

05/06
BYE wk before
FL 17 LSU 21 line +6 W (2 weeks before)

04/05
FL 31 MissSt 38 line -23 L (outright L)

Always be careful with Gators prior to Georgia game in Jacksonville. Although Urban Meyer might make a statement vs Kentucky have to believe he runs a vanilla gameplan so Richt has to guess next week.

Good Luck to all playing game

If all of those players miss the game then Florida can name its score. That's a lot of significant injuries.

Looks like about 60% of the public like Kentucky here and yet the line keeps moving in the Wildcats favor. Could be injury updates but could also be sharp money coming in on Florida. The Gators defense could easily shut out Kentucky and for some reason I see a punt return for a TD and a defensive TD. I think this will be a blow out but the damn Georgia game next week is the only reason I haven't wagered on this yet. Still thinking :think2:

Urban Meyer likes to cover the spread...

Not only that.but Urban Meyer HAS TO cover the spread...aren't they 9th 0r 10th in the BCS? They have some ground to make up. No better way then to drown UK in the Swamp.

Kentucky 13
