notice there is no reason to wheel second and third in exacta and tris with the types of horse you choose.... put more to win or more as keys on top in exacta or better key in doubles and pic 3's

For what it's worth, there are times when keying or double keying horses to win and place (with others to place and show) can be very beneficial. By double keying I am referring to the following example:

triple: 1,2 with 1,2,3,4 with 3,4,5,6,7
===> this gives you two chances to have the winner, three to place and four to show to cash your triple.

Each person must make the choice on how they want/need to wager for each track and stick to what works for them. During this last Tampa meet on a Sunday, one gentleman thought he was the `capping gift to the world as he cashed four winners in a row (that totaled $6-$7). The next race he was all up in arms and swore the race was fixed since chalk was DEAD LAST. The winner paid either $22.40 or $22.80 (sorry not 100% certain which) to win. Chalky cashed 4 of 5 ($6-$7) while another went 1 of 5 ($22 and change) - real easy to see who had the better five races. Sorry for the novel.

Carry on.

for sure but never with his picks..his live horse are either real and fire to win or its a false signal and they run like a non factor should...so you can maximize US picks by ignoring the place and show slots!

I would tend to agree Try, that does sometimes depend on the odds! But they usually either Win or run out!

That is an impressive insight on that point. I know this and at times try to capitolize on the exactas! But today was not my day. But Tonight is! ...

Sorry, forgot this was in US thread. Read the post thinking other thoughts (as listed). One thing I've been able to pick up while following US's listing is that if I don't have his choice listed in the triple, to take another look and see if I missed something. On the chance, his choice is already included and is the one I've identified to key with, now and then, I will add to the wager (w/p). Unfortunately, don't always have time to post the newer play as well.

You mean you're not a machine and can't spit out winner after winner like some others. :puppy: Just messing with ya sunshine man. Sure do get tired of reading the same type of post from another. It would be nice to see that one list a full card one evening just for $hit's and giggles. Notice I stated only ONE track. If anyone thinks it's so easy, then chime in and list away. As for myself, will only play all the races at a couple tracks and the others get about four or five at most (less pick 6's or very large carry-overs). Enjoyed the read, keep plugging away. :aktion033

So PAc are you saying I would be more respected if I did nothing but post my ass off 24/7. Pac I have a very busy life. Family, day job, side business, poker when I can. And I also go to the local track on some nights. I posted plays for Hollywood last friday and did just fine.

Look this guy is a tool alright. He can't be betting real money. He would be homeless by now. It is entertaining though. I realy do hate to see people lose like this.
