I have been reading through Robert Parker's Spenser novels, learning about Mass a bit. Used to visit Vermont when I was a kid but Mass only briefly (way out west in the mountains). Stay warm. seems like a good night for a crackling fire, something we can't really ever do down here (it is 85degrees right now)

Friggin freezing out there right now. Cold here. Add 20 degrees in Western Mass and Vt. Good luck to those people tonight. Some won't make it.
