Specifically, did that mission involve arming the Syrian “rebels” — including al-Qaeda and forces that became ISIS — just as, at Mrs. Clinton’s urging, our government had armed Libyan “rebels” (again, jihadists) to catastrophic effect?" -National Review

Theory goes that Libyan Fighters who were more Anti-The Libyan Jihadists than they were Anti-USA informed Ambassador Stevens of Arms Shipments going out of Libya to Terrorist Groups in Syria which led Hillary to act as she did regarding The Benghazi Attack.
