btw -- 6' 285-305 lbs, how the hell do you fit into 38"s? Thats what I wear! Thats gotta hurt!

I should have clarified. That isn't the only source of protein, a big meal of spaghetti and soy meatballs is something like 60g of protein. On an average day, i'm taking in 130g of soy protein and 50g of whey protein.

(which is impressive because I wrestled 158 lb weight class NCAA)
