The buyers don't know about these forums, maybe 1% do ?

tout picks only have been posted for a few years, at least here.

It almost seems they shouldn't be posted ( legally), but the gambling business is ruthless, from any front....player, book, tout, forum,etc.

thats the key.......forums are such a small % of a tout or a books market........
