I think books have found that offering the up-front bonus is much better at drumming up business than the reduced juice. The sharper posters in the crowd know that the reduced juice is generally the much better deal

They recently changed thier software so you can make a neteller request online. But I think you still need to call to let them know about it.

What I find amazing is that nobody except Pinnacle is capable of offering -105 juice across the board while having a solid reputation. It really doesn't seem that hard but apparently it is. IIS, another very solid shop, has just moved back to -107 on some sports. It's a shame to see the trend going this way instead of the other way.
