This has been going on for a while now...but...go back 2 years or so and I never thought i would see Willie99 as to center for many of the right on this board.
The nomination process for the republicans should be interesting. Even got Paul Ryan back in the fold calling Trump a loser. Which is pretty funny considering how badly he and Romney lost along with him telling anyone that would listen how Trump should be abandoned by the party back in 2016.
I am not a Trump guy obviously but politicans are so ironically hilarious.
I'm a hard core conservative, not many people to my right in the policy arena. Adherence to the Constitution, enforce our laws, smaller federal government, personal freedoms and responsibility...
The modern day vaccine debate is nothing about any of that. It's certainly not conservatism, except for maybe the freedom of choice. Which I support. I believe the vaccine does far more good than harm (it has side effects for some). But I oppose government mandates, and I oppose lockdowns. I support anyone's freedom to choose, and I support private companies to manage their businesses as they so chose as well.
Nobody here is to my right. I would argue their war against personal freedoms is far to my left.
