I don't care what rush said, bottomline in 2000 and 2003 Mcnabb was the lowest rated qb in the pro bowl. Each year three qbs in the nfc had better ratings. One was favre whose pretty good, another qb was delhomme who had a pretty good run. He threw for over 300 yards at 3tds against the same pats in a closer game with no picks! Now that's a tad overrated getting to the pro bowl when other qbs had better seasons!

Thanks for some rationale acceptance to my thinking. I mean they were booing this guy on drafy day, now I know all Northeast teams boo their draftpicks on draft day, but I can never rememeber a Philly fan bashing Randall, when anyone watching football knew he was taking that team anywhere. Where is sportsbet, we need his rationale as well. thanks

PHD...you should change your name to AD...or better yet ADD. Learn who votes for the pro-bowl, and then ask yourself, do you know more about football then the coaches and players. I'll answer that for you. No you don't.

I'm not a Philly or McNabb fan, per se, but I don't get all you people saying McNabb had a "horrible" game! The guy passed for 3 TDs and over 300 yards against arguably the best defense in the league. Yes, the 3 INTs probably did the Eagles in, but without McNabb they wouldn't have even been in the game.

This reminds me of an NBA player scoring 40 points but missing 2 free throws at the end of the game to lose by 1 point, and everyone saying he "cost" them the game. Maybe he did, but it probably wouldn't have even been close without his play. Armchair quarterbacks have all the answers after the fact. I guess you guys should have been the starting QB for the Eagles.
great post. couldnt have been said better

Thanks RobFunk....not for the props, but for posting your sweet-ass avatar! Is that Tyra? She has perfect skin and breasts.

As for all the negative McNabb comments by others, I guess it makes some people feel superior to find a cloud for every silver lining.

I think your the one with add, fans also vote for pro bowl, 'nuff said! Think the players coaches don't screw up, Martz against carolina, edwards wasting a down against pitt, cohwer 4nd2 same as a two point convert, gimme a break. Want more read this

First of all congrats to the pats, great seasons! But when everyone on the freakin' planet (including some coaches and players) says it's harder to win now then back when dallas did it, because of free agency and the cap, it's like wtf!!! Now I know how Columbus or Aristotle must have felt when they tried to convince others that the world is round! Jeez even Aikman thinks its more impressive now then when he played. Must be true than.....not a chance!!!
The Dallas super bowl teams lost dt tony casillas, s thomas everett, g john gesek, g kevin gogan, dt jimmie jones, pk eddie murray, lb ken norton, wr alvin harper, de jim jeffcoat, c mark stepnoski, s james washington, all starters and continued on winning. Further loses cb larry brown, lb dixon edwards, lb robert jones, s brock marion, dt russell maryland, ot ron stone, was a tad bit too much to overcome! eight pro bowlers gone! The 94 49er's the team that prevented dallas from winning four in a row (thank God) used free agency to buy a defence to stop big D. They signed de/lb tim harris, lb rickey jackson, de charles mann, lb gary plummer, lb ken norton, s tim mcdonald, and cb deion sanders, all pro bowlers, plummer an alternate, to beat dallas! So there you have it, dallas if it weren't for free agency and the cap easily wins four in a row. Alot of players and coaches disagree, well there wrong! Other than brady NE best players dillion and harrison came via free agency. If anything free agency has helped the pats! I just can't believe how everyone just follows along, players and coaches included, and believes everything they hear in the media!
