He claimed to be up a substantial sum sports betting so he said he decided to give some of it away. The way it worked is, he'd start a thread with 2 out of 3 teams in a parlay and the first on to post in the thread what the third winner should be would split the winnings with him. Well he did this over and over for a couple weeks for various amounts up to I think 6k, until it finally hit. Well then he kept delaying paying up. Finally I think he admitted it was a scam and got banned. Although Im not positive about the admitting part I'd have to read through all the threads again.
He never paid anyone anything. I think he was originally phone texting with the winning poster and buying a little extra time with excuses about being out of town or busy or whatever. While he was doing that, the forums started attacking him for not paying. He THEN claimed he was offended by the commentary that was going on by numerous posters and that, based on their offending him, he was just going to go away and not pay. Then he would change up and suggest MAYBE he would pay... but he would not commit. It was just a big game. After a month or so of no pay... he got banned. Rightfully so. A jag off that deserves a beat down
All I'm trying to say is I remember how much attention that guy Jaguara was trying to get in that "I'LL GIVE YOU MONEY" thread and that was ALL he was doing, trying to get attention from a bunch of other guys. Everyone wondered why a guy would try to pimp money to a poster just so he can get some attention.
