Years ago I was a pharma rep and had to call on a welfare clinic in the bottom of a housing project in Gentily area - New Orleans.
I had to be there before 10am and it was like a ghost town....Not a soul in sight.
Around noon that same day it looked like a homeless rally people riding bikes with 40s in their hand...shirtless, smoking, cracked out.

And these idiots get to cancel out my vote.
