So interesting that when I spoke to a friend of mine that's a mid-level Bookie
He said that in the LA Ram / TB Bucs game , he doesn't have even ONE wager on the RAMS ...

Is that even possible ??

Hmmm don't like reading this BAS.

I just remember the rams cant string two good games in a row

Also a team after playing the Seahawks, that is already 1-0 TY.

Certainly explain s the line move

I saw my local last night and he's associated with a pretty sizable book mainly ranging from New England to DC/Baltimore and he mentioned getting killed with Bucs, Cards and Steelers wagers.

what area of the country is he in??? does sound strange... i liked the bucs as well but hate laying 5/5.5... i may stay away from that one...

He's in the NY/NJ area
as of 6pm Tonight he has 80% TB

I thought i was all over TB myself, as I posted a hint in my 1st post..

Talking about the RAMS .... in the last 3 Games that they have beaten Seattle ... the next game on the road, They Lost, SU & ATS
I believe there was also a similar stat with any team after they faced Seattle

But might just stay away

Agree, and it's not like the Rams can score points ...
or at least they haven't shown that they could.

For you new guys BetAllSports is one of the few guys here that can keep you in the plus column for the season in sports betting. This has always been a good thread for discussing the NFL's weekend games and always some insightful info from BetAllSports...Stay tuned and watch and contribute to this thread weekly. It can be a valuable source to your football investing....

On to this weekend one game sticks out to me in what could be a very difficult week

I like the GREEN BAY PACKERS laying the points at Lambeau Field to the Lions. Major bickering and finger pointing going on in Green Bay. Players calling out Aaron Rodger for his shoddy play(goes back to all of last year). I look for the Packers to rally around their squabbling and play well vs the Lions. The Packers have one of the most talented offenses in the NFL and they have been underperforming to say the least. I look for a solid performance from a Green Bay team looking to right the ship. Also, the Packers will be fired up for this divisional rival since Detroit beat them at Lambeau Field last year. This is my top play this weekend as my numbers have Green Bay winning by 14+.

*****Also I can probably clarify the Tampa Bay love this coming weekend vs The Rams. Tampa Bay was an early release by many touts lol and this may account for all the money coming in on Tampa Bay. Also, I'm sure these touts released this game and Tampa Bay based on logistics travel of Los Angeles traveling across country to Tampa Bay especially with Los Angeles coming off their straight up win over Seattle. Just my thoughts...

Good Luck to All this year

Yours in Winners

Getting back to that TB game .... My buddy said he got a lot more TB money, and the Line keeps dropping ! ( he's now close to 90% action on TB )
Currently a ton of -4.5's, so I believe it's safe to say that the "Sharps" are coming in on LA.

I wanted so much to use the RAMS in my Westgate, but since I've started out not so good, I figure I would wait to use any " sexy " Plays .. lol

The Philadelphia Eagles won't have tight end Zach Ertz or cornerback Leodis McKelvin back in time to play versus the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend, but coach Doug Pederson said they'll be back after their Week 4 bye.

Ertz, who piled up 853 yards on 75 catches last season, displaced a rib in the Eagles' season-opening win over the Cleveland Browns and is ruled out for Week 3. A timetable for his return was unknown, but Pederson confirmed with reporters Friday he'll be back next month. McKelvin (hamstring), meanwhile, is expected to return with Ertz against the Lions on Oct. 9.

Pederson also ruled offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo (pec) out for the Steelers game. Linebacker Mychal Kendricks (nose, quad) is expected to play.

Here are other injury notes we're tracking on Friday:
1. The Minnesota Vikings announced offensive lineman Matt Kalil (hip) and defensive lineman Sharrif Floyd (knee) underwent surgery. NFL.com's Mike Garafolo reported Floyd will miss "about six weeks" after surgery to trim the meniscus cartilage in his knee, per a source informed of the procedure. Kalil had been ruled out for the season prior to his surgery to fix a labrum tear in his right hip.

2. Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy told reporters defensive back Sam Shields is "making progress" in the concussion protocol, but he'll miss Sunday's tilt with the Lions. Offensive lineman T.J. Lang (hip) and linebacker Clay Matthews (ankle/hamstring) are both questionable.

3. New York Jets coach Todd Bowles announced receiver Brandon Marshall (knee) and linebacker David Harris (shoulder) were limited in practice and are questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Bowles said Marshall will be a game-time decision. Linebacker Erin Henderson (foot) did not practice and is questionable. Receiver Eric Decker (shoulder) and guard James Carpenter (calf) practiced in full.

4. Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkins (foot) is questionable for Sunday's contest against the Cardinals and is expected to be a game-time decision. However, coach Rex Ryan expressed doubt he would play. Offensive lineman Cordy Glenn (ankle) did not practice and has been ruled out. Cornerback Ronald Darby (hamstring) and tight end Charles Clay (knee) both practiced, and Darby is listed as questionable.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Prince Amukamara (hamstring), running back Chris Ivory (illness), center Brandon Linder (knee), defensive end Jared Odrick (triceps) and safety Tashaun Gipson (hamstring) were each listed as questionable for their game against the Ravens on Sunday. Offensive tackle Kelvin Beachum (concussion) has been ruled out.

6. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed linebacker Devante Bond (hamstring) on injured reserve.

7. Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Kawann Short (shoulder) and guard Trai Turner (ankle) are listed as questionable for Sunday's scheduled game against the Vikings. Coach Ron Rivera was confident they'll be on the field. "They'll play," he told reporters.

8. Tennessee Titans coach Mike Mularkey called tight end Delanie Walker (hamstring) questionable for their game against the Raiders. Linebacker Derrick Morgan (hamstring) and receiver Kendall Wright (hamstring) are also questionable.

9. Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones (calf) didn't practice, but is expected to be available for Monday Night Football, coach Dan Quinn said.

10. Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler (thumb) did not practice and is officially doubtful for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Defensive lineman Eddie Goldman (ankle) and running back Ka'Deem Carey (hamstring) are also doubtful. Linebacker Danny Trevathan, who had surgery to reattach a ligament in his thumb, was ruled out. Receiver Alshon Jeffery (knee) is listed as questionable, though he practiced Friday.

11. Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert (ankle) is doubtful. He returned to practice in a limited capacity this week for the first time this season, but is not expected to be ready to play until Week 4 at the earliest.

12. Miami Dolphins running back Arian Foster (groin) will not play vs. Cleveland Browns, coach Adam Gase said. The team also announced linebacker Jelani Jenkins (knee) and receiver DeVante Parker (hamstring) are questionable.

12. Baltimore Ravens running back Kenneth Dixon (knee) is out versus the Jaguars. Linebacker Elvis Dumervil (foot), offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley (foot), and guard John Urschel (shoulder) are questionable.

13. Washington Redskins safety Su'a Cravens (hip), defensive end Chris Baker (rib/elbow/toe/knee) and receiver Josh Doctson (Achilles tendon) are listed as questionable.

14. Minnesota Vikings cornerback Xavier Rhodes (knee) and tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) were both listed as questionable against the Panthers. Stefon Diggs (groin) did not participate in practice, but coach Mike Zimmer said it was merely for precautionary reasons and the receiver should play Sunday.

15. Denver Broncos tight end Virgil Green (calf) and right tackle Donald Stephenson (calf) are both out versus the Bengals.

16. Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (right shoulder) is listed as questionable versus the San Diego Chargers. Cornerback Vontae Davis (ankle), center Ryan Kelly (shoulder) and receiver T.Y. Hilton (knee) are also questionable.

17. Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa (hamstring) will wait another week to make his NFL debut after being ruled out. Tight end Antonio Gates (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday versus Colts and guard Orlando Franklin (hamstring) is questionable.

18. New England Patriots quaterback Jacoby Brissett suffered a thumb sprain in the team's 27-0 victory over the Texans Thursday, a source informed of the situation told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. The team is weighing its options on Brissett's injury, Rapoport added.

19. Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said guard Evan Mathis (foot) is out for the Bills game and will not make the trip. Cornerback Justin Bethel (foot) was listed as questionable.

20. It appears Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles' return to the field will wait another week. The superstar back is listed as doubtful for Sunday, still recovering from last season's ACL tear.

21. Seattle Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls (shin) is doubtful to play against the San Francisco 49ers. Coach Pete Carroll said Rawls "hasn't been able to do much." Offensive lineman Germain Ifedi (ankle) and tight end Nick Vannett (ankle) were also doubtful, while receiver Tyler Lockett (knee) and running back C.J. Prosise (wrist) were questionable.

22. The Oakland Raiders announced tackle Menelik Watson (groin), cornerback David Amerson (concussion) and offensive lineman Rodney Hudson (knee) are all questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

23. Detroit Lions star pass rusher Ezekiel Ansah (ankle) has been ruled out of this weekend's Packers game. Linebacker DeAndre Levy (quad) is doubtful. Tight end Eric Ebron (back) and defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker (calf) are questionable.

24. The Cleveland Browns announced corner Joe Haden (groin) and kicker Patrick Murray (knee) are questionable for the Dolphins game. The Browns are signing kicker Cody Parkey for insurance in case Murray can't play Sunday at Miami, Rapoport reported, per a source involved.

25. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ruled out running back Doug Martin (hamstring) from playing versus the Los Angeles Rams. Rapoport reported earlier this week that Martin is expected to miss the next three weeks.

26. Rams cornerback Lamarcus Joyner (toe) is questionable for the Bucs game.

27. San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Anthony Davis (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks.

This game is weird.......I like Tampa myself but can't pull the trigger knowing everyone will be all over Tampa. Can't take the Rams either cuz they usually get waxed after beating Seattle.

Here are some Updated injury reports .................

[h=1]Injuries: Julio questionable; Packers' Matthews out[/h]
Julio Jones will be on the field Monday night against the Saints, according to Julio Jones.

After missing two days of practice this week with a calf injury, the Falcons wide receiver was limited on Saturday before being declared questionable for Atlanta's prime-time divisional contest.
When asked by reporters on Saturday, Jones says he expects to play.

"Yes, yes, I'll play Monday night," Jones said, per the team's website. "I wouldn't chance it if I didn't (feel like I was ready). If I felt like I was going to overcompensate or something else was going to get tore up or it was going to get worse or anything like that. I'm good, I've been getting great treatment, therapy and rest -- it's the key."

In other welcome Falcons injury news, coach Dan Quinn expects safety Keanu Neal to make his first appearance. The rookie is "expected to play a lot" on Monday since injuring his knee in the third preseason game, per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Neal returned to practice in a limited capacity on Thursday.

Linebackers De'Vondre Campbell (ankle) and Paul Worrilow (groin) have been ruled out.

Here are the other injuries we're monitoring Saturday:
1. The Packers' defense is ailing heading into its second divisional game in a row. Linebacker Clay Matthews (ankle/hamstring) and safety Morgan Burnett (groin) were both downgraded from questionable to out for Sunday's home opener against the Lions. This will be the first regular season game Matthews has missed since 2013. Meanwhile, defensive tackle Letroy Guion and defensive end Datone Jones (knee) have been downgraded to doubtful. All four players sat out practice this week, alongside Sam Shields (concussion) who was ruled out Friday.

2. Detroit's defense isn't favoring much better. The Lions were already without Ezekiel Ansah (ankle), but will now be without another pass rusher. Linebacker DeAndre Levy (quad) has been downgraded from doubtful to out.

3. The Bears are leaving two players back in Chicago. Running back Ka'Deem Carey and defensive tackle Eddie Goldman will not travel with the team to Dallas and have been ruled out for Sunday night's game.

4. Saints wide receiver Willie Snead (toe) is questionable for Monday Night Football, the team announced. The Saints also listed defensive end Cameron Jordan (knee), safety Kenny Vaccaro (ankle) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (quad) as questionable. Cornerback Delvin Breaux (fibula) and tackle Terron Armstead (knee) have been ruled out for the game.

Watching Baltimore, I'm not sure they are good enough to go to Jacksonville and win. Cleveland moved the ball on them, and I can't see how The Jags don't do the same. Don't think the Ravens offense is ready for a shootout and I think Jax moves the ball with ease.

Not it a fans of teasers, but really liking Jags +8 and Dallas pick

Got MIA-7 when the line came out on Sunday. Hate to lay a TD with MIA, but just don't see how CLE can keep this one close: New center, 3rd string rookie QB that already made bad decisions at USC when under pressure, their only real threat at WR Coleman out, a depleted defense and now even Haden is questionable. MIA missing Foster might hurt, but as long as Ajayi doesn't fumble, he should be able to put up similar YPC numbers and with Parker back, MIA might just be able to air it out and use short passes to Landry to make up for a lackluster run game.
MIA 1st game at home, imo their defensive line will put up pressure, take away the run game and force some turnovers.

Other one I like is Dallas team total over 24.5: They scored 19 vs a very improved Giants defense, should have been at least 22 if Williams goes out of bounds if you take into account that their kicker might be the best in the league. They also used a very conservative gameplan in week1, opened it up more @WSH and Prescott responded very well to that. Already covered the line on the road @WSH in that game and now the Bears come to Dallas: Homegame, indoors, and facing the worst defense up to this point on their schedule: McPhee still out (best pass rusher), NT Goldman not expected to play (run stopper in the middle of their line, backup almost got cut during preseason), Trevathan/Houston, their best LBs out. That takes away their three best run stoppers against the supposedly best o-line in the NFC/league. Trevathan will also be missed in coverage vs TE Witten. Best CB Fuller hasn't played yet, if they match up Porter vs Bryant he will be giving up several inches (5'11 vs 6'2) and about 25lb, plus inferior leaping ability. And Slot CB Callahan and Staring Safety Amos suffered concussions last week.
Plus if they kick, it's almost an automatic 3pts due to their great kicker.
Just don't see CHI stopping the Cowboys at all and a so far underperforming o-line and Zeke Elliott should use that game to get back on track, imo has all the marks for some sort of statement game by them. And with Hoyer coming in, Carey out, Langford struggling and Howard (who looked like their best RB, but had fumbling issues in the past) getting more playing time and Jeffery missing practice time (probably planned time off, but you never know), there is also high potential for some 3 and outs or turnovers and short field.

Also like the over51 for the SD@IND game, even without Moncrief. Gates being out might even be an upgrade, but want to wait to be sure that Vontae Davis is out.
Also looking at BAL ML: They are 2-0 with two close victories vs bad teams, but their defense looked good, if you take away that one 85TD run by Crowell and a big play by Coleman. Yeldon was horrendous so far, so don't see JAX gaining much on the ground. Ivory might be back, but has missed a lot of time and Beachum is already out, which should weaken an already bad offensive line. Center Linder is questionable, if he would be inactive, I guess I'd pull the trigger. New center would mean another loss for their o-line and probably even worse blocking due to them never having played together.
House & Amakamura also both questionable, so their defense, which has been picked apart in the first two games, might be even down their two starting CBs. Which doesn't bode well for a game vs a Ravens team, that has very underrated receiving options in Pitta, Wallace, Smith and Perriman.

Good to see you stop in T .... Wish I was fast to the punch on Miami ...
and I agree that I just can't see the Browns doing much.

Added a small play on BAL based on my reasoning from above. And a small 2 team ML parlay on ARI/MIA, with Watkins & Darby out, I like ARI in that one: Long trip from the West, playing outdoors, but don't think that will have much effect since it's September and not winter, with decent temperatures, clear skies and more or less without any wind, so perfectly fine conditions.
BUF has almost no receiving options left: Woods is an ok #3 WR, but nothing more. Goodwin is a speedster, but other than straight line speed hasn't shown anything. So I guess the Cards with Peterson, Mathieu and their secondary can take that away, allowing a pretty good run defense to load up at the line to take the running game away from BUF. On the other side of the ball Darby is a huge loss vs an offense that features Floyd, Fitygerald and the 2x Browns. Plus Fitzgerald imo is a huge mismatch in this one because he runs most snaps nowadays from the slot and the Bills slot CB is sub-par and undersized, which doesn't bode too well against a very physical and talented guy like Fitzgerald. Plus BUF was already torched by Forte, so David Johnson should do well, too. Palmer had his struggles, but in this spot I'm not sure he will be asked to take that many risks and should have plenty of time to throw.

I used Denver because of their Defense ... and their Running Game with CJ. Anderson
besides Cincy not looking good in the first 2 games, I just can't let +3.5 on the Super Bowl Champs and not take them.

Took AZ because after a weird start vs. NE where the winning FG was theirs to take, they went out and Trashed TB
AZ Head coach was asked what he thought about the team after that game, and he said He wasn't happy .... also too many weapons for the dysfunctional Buffalo Bills
The Ryans will be On the Clock after this one ....

Used Miami in here because they showed that they can compete with some Top Teams. They went into Seattle and held their own and almost Won that Game... should have Won that Game.
Against NE it was more or less some last minute Garbage time scores, but they did wake up in the 2nd half ... and came close, maybe too close to beating the now 3-0 Pats

They now face in their Home opener a team that is riddled with injuries ...
This should be a Blow Out .... and all will be in morning for the Marlins right-hander Jose Fernandez who died in a Boating accident.

Grabbed the Steelers because Look how good they are this season, and still without some Key players.
They look good on both sides of the ball, and I'll take them any time Big Ben is Healthy...
Philly also looks good, but you just can't compare who Pitt faced and Philly faced.

Too me, The Steelers are the 2nd best Team in the NFL currently ...

Took my Home town Team the NYJ because they showed us last week that they aren't just a Good Defense .... they have an Offense Too.
They should be 2-0 as they out played the Bengals , and kicked butt in Buffalo.
I almost didn't use them because of a Stat where they last 5 meetings, the home team has won.
But I feel this game will be close and can go either way by a point

I Believe that AZ is 5-1 on East coast games ( not sure if that's only 1pm or both 1 & 4PM games )
