It's not that uncommon, I know 3 guys with only one nut
One guy got the testicular cancer.
The other was doing a rail slide on his skateboard and slip, the edge of the board caught the rail and he landed on it, severing his nut.
The third guy was a guy I trained with in Hapkido, he was sparing and both guys went for an inside kick, he got hit in the nut. It swoll up to the size of a grapefruit, then when the swelling went done the nut was gone.

i got a buddy who's got a fake one, he was lifting some heavy stuff and his nut went crazy, he started feeling pain and went to check his sack, turns out his nut was gone but still hurting, he came to ER and doctors found out his went went up his abdomen and had some sort of blood issue. he had surgery to have it removed, he says they put something in his sack, like some prosthetic thing?
