Good ol Basehead last August

"Its been going on for months now (the subprime "crisis" correction) that is.The indecies will remain relatively stable.DJIA will be 14k+ (if not more)by the end of the year.Another month or so start bargain shopping for a big cap lender.Earnings, earnings, earnings will keep any sniff of a recession at a distance."

Now, Base, will we be able to keep any sniff of a depression at a distance? Pick up some big cap lenders lately?

And wheres the part about too big to fail?

No recession either is there tiz? GDP 3.2 I think LQ.

Thanks for playing.

He'll come back and say that he never said it was too big to fail.

It's amazing how people don't realize how naive they sound .. especially when it's so fuc*ing obvious..

I am not talking about what he said then ... I was pointing out the BS he tried to get by with TODAY. You can't win ANY debate with people like that ... until you take their own words.

Until today, he's spewing the talking points and saying "GDP 3.2" - you can't make it up.

Cincy Im glad to see your just as bitter as ever.Sorry if youre suffering through this 'crisis'.

What do you want me to say guy?

He said I said one thing and I actually said something different.

Know what he responded to my comment with?

"yeah helicopter ben to the rescue fed's got the bank's back."

At that time I figured the govt wouldve backed them harder for sure.Im still surprised.

Has there been a recession Cincy?

3.2 GDP....my mistake 3.3 I didnt make it up :

Why should facts bother you now?

One who doesnt give insight should be criticizing someone elses insight.

While BS had plenty of problems, the folks that crashed the company werent exactly clueless as much as greedy.
