I would focus on watching the WINS piling up as more evidence of Devolution rather than whether or not Trump is in the WH or in MaraLago making moves.
I did say before the midterms. But that's speculation because I have absolutely no idea when Trump will say it's go time on XYZ. There are so many components and moving parts, many documented and ongoing.
