Leonard Fournette...Heisman ?

I don't think this is an accurate assessment of Fournette's ability. He's not just some North-South stiff. The guy has incredible agility and change of direction for a back that big. This is literally the only subpar game he has had and it's against a pretty beastly, amped up Bama defense.

not saying he is a stiff .. just an avg north south runner as he is showing us tonight. cant create anything on his own vs a good defense. 12 carries 8 yards..he is a good back given a whole to run through but not a special back who can make something happen. he goes down easily unlike henry who is running guys over on contact..

why not throw the ball then? do something to back them off? run some screens, a reverse ( if they are over pursuing ) they came in here highly ranked? were they over rated?

LSU is not very good at passing. Their play calling tonight though has left a lot to be desired I think. No imagination.

This guy is dynamite when he gets to the 2nd level. He has consistently run over would be tacklers on his way to more yardage. Problem is he can't get to the second level tonight at all. That Bama D-Line is dominating.

I'm just saying that one bad game doesn't mean this kid doesn't have awesome ability. I don't know what a running back can do when he's getting hit consistently at the first level. No one can do it all alone.
